Have different values for various staff members (for type of staff member.) Make clear as to who's not playing in the game (the cook, the canteen manager, etc.). When kids make a "catch", they bring him to "base" e.g. the office, where points are recorded for their respective bunks. The bunk with the most points wins. I have this vague memory of people just running wild all over the place, shirts ripped… I can't say I recommend this game...
