A.K.A "Gong Show". Early in the day, announce that any camper or staff member that has a talent to display on stage during night activity should inform you. Some examples: cartwheels, handstands, juggling, split, fast or funny talking, and singing.
On stage: campers perform one at a time before a panel of judges. When the judges are ready for next candidate, they "gong" him out-o-there! The best performers win prizes.
Other ideas: Let the campers decide who wins. Also, try "talent sagi nohor"…
