Prepare a table full of items, each with a box over it. One item can be a human head: someone under the table with his head through a hole in the table (make sure nobody can see him). On the wall, have a large board with drawn hints for each item. For example, if the item is a beer bottle (nu, feh), the hint can be a picture of a bear. Send out 3 teams of two campers each. Start with one team: One kid lifts the boxes and shouts out the name of the items (replacing the boxes as he goes), while his partner crosses out the hint on the wall. The idea is to do this as quickly as possible. Soon the first kid will find the "head" that will promptly growl at him, totally freaking him out (you call this fun?). Then bring in the next team for the same treatment ("let's see how fast you guys can do it!"). This time the crowd knows the trick and will thoroughly enjoy.
[There is something else called "shout out" which is really like a "consequence": Send a camper outside. Tell camp that when you say a certain word, they should respond by shouting out something else. Explain that you will do this twice, and the third time they should be quiet. When the camper comes back in he doesn't know about the third time and ends up screaming at the top of his lungs while everyone remains silent. You may want to add this to your "Suffer the Consequence" list.]
