Schedule late in the summer when people know each other well. On a cassette, record voices of staff members or others, saying funny things (some may disguise their voice, but make sure that some of them are somewhat recognizable) after each voice the person should clearly identify himself on the tape. It is good idea to record a beep in-between the voice and the "identification" so that you know when to stop the tape. On stage: call up several kids. Play the voice and have them all guess at whom it is. Then play the "identification". The winner wins. If more than one kid guesses right, send off the kids who were wrong, and do another voice for the remaining kids. If there are no correct answers, play again.
